How It Works

1. Enter Your Info: Parent/guardian name, address, phone, and email.
2. Add Kids: Include each child’s name and birthday.
3. Review & Sign: Carefully read through our safety policies and liability waiver, then sign electronically.
4. Confirmation Email: A copy of the signed waiver will arrive in your inbox.
5. Staff Access: We can look up your waiver by your name or email, so you don’t have to fill it out again on repeat visits.
